About me

I’m a passionate cyclist in my late 40s who stubbornly refuses to accept that my best cycling days are behind me. I’ve been a dedicated roadie for over 30 years, conquering endurance rides, Gran Fondos, and even some racing back in the day.
But lately, I noticed the pep in my pedal stroke was fading. Energy levels plummeted, recovery dragged on, and those long rides I loved? They just weren’t as fun anymore. I realized that fueling like I did in my 20s wasn’t going to cut it.
That’s when I got obsessed with finding the right nutrition for cyclists our age. Through research, trial, and a bit of error, I discovered the amazing impact targeted food and supplements can have. Now, I’m on a mission to help other over-40 cyclists rediscover their power.
