Energy levels plummeted, recovery dragged on, and those long rides I loved? They just weren&#8217;t as fun anymore. I realized that fueling like I did in my 20s wasn&#8217;t going to cut it.<br>That&#8217;s when I got obsessed with finding the right nutrition for cyclists our age. Through research, trial, and a bit of error, I discovered the amazing impact targeted food and supplements can have. Now, I&#8217;m on a mission to help other over-40 cyclists rediscover their power.<br>Whether you want to climb like a mountain goat, conquer epic distances, or simply feel energized and strong on every ride, I&#8217;m here to share the strategies that actually work.
